摘要

研究了样品量、升温速率、载气流量、热分析气氛、坩埚状态等参数对铝合金脱模剂热重分析DTG的影响。确定了脱模剂热性能评价的最佳测试条件是:循环水水温为25℃

载气气氛为N2（流量:100mL/min）

保护气体为N2（流量为20mL/min）

升温速率为15K/min

起始温度为80℃

终止温度为660℃

样品量为10mg左右

坩埚不加盖。在该条件下

不同的时间

3次测试了同一脱模剂样品的剧烈分解温度

其差值不超过2℃。

Abstract

Effects of parameters

such as sample weight

heating rate

carrier gas flow

thermal analytical atmosphere

and crucible status

on thermal analysis DTG of release agent for aluminum alloy were investigated. The optimal parameters for thermal analytical test method to performance evaluation of release agent were determined as follows: cycling water temperature of 25 ℃

carriers gas flow N2 of 100 mL/min

protective gas N2 of 20 mL/min

heating rate of 15K/min

start temperature of 80 ℃ and end temperature of 660℃ as well as samples weight of about 10 mg and crucible with cover free. Under the selected parameters conditions

dramatic decomposition temperatures were determined for the same release agent sample at different times

and the difference value was less than 2 ℃.
