探索电磁连铸技术在铜连铸上的可行性。通过改变电流和频率
以便找出其对磁场分布的影响。对空载下圆坯结晶器内的磁场进行了测量和分析
并由此得到了源电流对磁场分布的影响。同时采用有限元法ANSYS商业软件求解
为进一步开展研究建立了一定的基础
Abstract
To develop copper billet with high compactness
electromagnetic continuous casting process is applied to copper billet. The feasibility on electromagnetic continuous casting technology for copper billet is studied. The influence of current and frequency on the magnetic field distribution is studied. Magnetic field in crystallizer during idling operation is measured and analyzed. The influence of exciting current on the magnetic field distribution is obtained.The mathematical model is established by finite element method using ANSYS commercial software for further research.
