薄板件反重力充型形态的数值模拟研究
摘要
采用共轭梯度法 ( CG)求解动量方程及连续性方程。体积函数法 ( VOF)处理自由表面
模拟了薄板件的反重力充型形态
考察了壁厚、浇口结构及数量对充型形态的影响。研究表明
壁厚越小
越倾向于正向充填
自然满足了薄壁件快速平稳充型的要求 ;扩展内浇口可使正向充填倾向加强
从而提高液面稳定性
并可改善温度分布 ;多内浇口对充型形态也有一定改善作用
Abstract
To take conjugate gradient method to solve the N S equation and continuity equation and volume of fluid method to track the free surface
the counter gravity filling pattern of thin plate casting is simulated. Influence of thickness
ingate geometry and number on filling pattern is studied. The results showed that the thinner the plate is
the more the filling patterns tend to be straight filling
and it is natural to meet the requirement for rapid and smooth filling of thin plate. Expanding ingate enhance straight filling tendency and make the free surface more stable and improve the temperature distribution. More ingates can also improve the filling pattern.
