摘要

叙述了消失模铸造用振动台设计和应用中应考虑和注意的一些问题

并对振动电机、弹簧、振动台的结构形式等作了简要讨论。认为振动电机的紧固、台面框架结构的强度和刚度等是影响振动台干砂充填、紧实效果的重要因素。

Abstract

Some considerations and notes were described in design and application of the vibrating table for EPC.Vibratory motors

springs and the structure styles of vibrating table were discussed briefly.The results showed that the tightness of vibratory motor

the strength and rigity of the table frame structure are important factors for the effectiveness of filling and compaction of dry sand under nomal working condition of vibrating table
