摘要

为了对单个粉末的组织结构和性能进行研究，用室温电镀镍制备了包含超声气体雾化快速凝固Ａｌ－Ｆｅ－Ｖ－Ｓｉ－Ｚｒ－Ｔｉ合金粉末的镀片试样。该镀片中粉末和镍基体之间结合良好，镜片可以用来制备普通金相样品、透射电镜观察样品，实现对粉末的热处理，测定单个粉末快速凝固及热处理后的硬度。

Abstract

The plated sheet containing ultrasonic gas atomized rapidly solidifiel Al-Fe-V-St-Zr-Ti aluminum alloy powder was prepared using nickel electroplating at room temperature for studies on microstructure and properties of single powder particle. The powder particles and nickel matrix combined well and the plated sheet could be used to fabricate the specimen for common metallography

observation specimen for TEM

and to realize heat treatment of powders

also to determine the hardness of single powder particle after rapidly solidified and being heat-treated.
