The casting process of three-way cock valve body for marine with complex structure and made of tin bronze ZCuSn10 Zn2 was investigated. The casting characteristics of tin bronze were introduced
and the casting process of three-way cock valve body was discussed. Combined with the structural characteristics of three-way plug valve body with different angles between two flanges
the sand casting process of the valve body was improved to produce three-way cock valve body castings with high quality. The hydraulic test at 2.4 MPa is qualified
effectively reducing the pump leakage rate of the valve body.
