In view of the complex stress and strain of hollow turbine blade of gas turbine during the directional solidification process
which leads to the casting size out of tolerance
the directional solidification deformation process of large-scale single crystal blade was simulated based on ProCAST software
and the stress field and displacement field of hollow turbine blade under different processes were investigated. The influence of casting process parameters on dimensional deformation was analyzed. The results indicate that with the pouring temperature of 1 530 ℃ and the pulling rate of 5 mm/min
the selected section deformation of blade is the smallest. The prediction of blade deformation size can provide guidance for the control of dimensional accuracy.
