摘要

通过对齿轮箱的箱体和箱盖两种铸件结构的分析，选用全金属型重力铸造工艺生产。采用“缩管法”冒口设计理论和“均温法”金属型设计理论，确定适合的铸造工艺及金属型参数。针对齿轮箱铸件在设计和生产中存在的问题提出解决方案，实现了铸件的正常生产。与砂型铸造和配砂芯金属型铸造比较，薄壁铝合金铸件全金属型铸造优点明显。

Abstract

Through structure analysis of body and cover of gearbox

all-metal mold gravity casting process was selected to determine the appropriate process and metal mold parameters based on riser design theory of “shrinkage pipe method” and metal mold design theory of “temperature equalization method”. In view of the problems existing in the design and production of gearbox castings

solutions were put forward to realize the normal production of castings. Compared with sand mold casting and metal mold casting with sand core

all-metal mold casting has superior advantages for thin-wall aluminum alloy castings.
