摘要

中国古代青铜器盛行于先秦时期，现代出土的大量青铜器大多采用泥型铸造。通过对中国古代青铜器泥型铸造工艺及古法配方的研究，进行泥型铸造古法配方复原试验，并在传承古法的基础上，利用现代材料，优化古法泥型铸造配方及成形工艺，为现代泥型铸造方法提供技术工艺参数，达到弘扬古法泥型铸造的目的。

Abstract

Ancient Chinese bronze were prevailed from the pre-Qin Dynasty. A large number of bronze artifacts unearthed in modern times were mainly fabricated by clay mold casting. Through the research on the forming process and clay formula of ancient Chinese bronzes by clay mold casting

the restoration experiment of the ancient formula was carried out

and the shell mold formular and forming process were optimized by modern materials on the basis of inheriting the ancient method

so as to provide technical parameters for modern clay mold casting

achieving the purpose of promoting clay mold casting.
