The dimensional accuracy of ceramic core directly affects the wall thickness of hollow blade wax mold. The numerical simulation method of ceramic core injection molding for large-scale single crystal blade of gas turbine was conducted
and the filling process
volume shrinkage and warpage deformation were predicted. The data model of injection parameters and average volume shrinkage was established based on the experimental design. The results indicate that the influence order of each process parameter on the average volume shrinkage presents as follows: injection temperature > holding pressure > injection rate. The optimal wax injection process parameters are holding pressure of 3.483 MPa
injection temperature of 139.84 ℃
and injection rate of 258.60 cm~3/s
so the dimensional accuracy of ceramic core reaches CT3 level.
