摘要

对AlSi7CuMnMg压铸铝合金进行时效热处理，引入强韧化指数K对其力学性能进行综合分析。结果表明，随着时效温度升高(150～180℃)和时效时间延长(2～10 h)

其屈服强度显著提高，但塑性下降。结合强韧化指数K

确定其最佳时效工艺为170℃×6 h

在此工艺下，强度提高的同时，保持了良好的塑性，抗拉强度为303 MPa

屈服强度较铸态提高40.77%

达183 MPa

伸长率为7.5%。

Abstract

The low-temperature aging treatment experiments of AlSi7 CuMnMg die-casting aluminum alloy were carried out

and strength and toughness index K was introduced to analyze the mechanical properties of the alloy under various aging treatment conditions. The results show that with the increase of the aging temperature（150～180 ℃） and the extension of the aging time（2 h～10 h）

the yield strength of the alloy is increased significantly

while the plasticity is decreased.The optimal low temperature aging process of the alloy is determined to be 170 ℃×6 h

where the tensile strength is 303 MPa

and yield strength reaches 183 MPa

which is 40.77% higher than that of the as-cast state

and the elongation is 7.5%. The strength of the alloy is improved with the satisfied plasticity.
