the variation of high temperature rheological stress of 7055 high strength aluminum alloy for aerospace was investigated under different temperatures(330

). According to the high temperature compression experimental data
with the help of linear regression method
the peak flow stress constitutive equation and steady flow stress constitutive equation of 7055 high strength aluminum alloy were established. The results indicate that at the beginning of hot compression deformation
the flow stress of 7055 high-strength aluminum alloy is increased rapidly to the peak value with the increase of stress
then the true stress is decreased with the increase of stress variable due to strain softening until the steady-state flow stage. When the strain rate is constant
the flow stress is decreased with the increase of deformation temperature. When the deformation temperature is constant
the flow stress is increased with the increase of strain rate. Finally
the hot working diagram with true strain of 0.2 was established. In the region of forming temperature of 330~410 ℃ and strain rate of 0.001~0.05 s
-1
the power dissipation coefficient is more than 20%
which is the reasonable process parameters of 7055 high strength aluminum alloy for aerospace.
