摘要

结合局部挤压技术，以下缸体铸件为研究对象，阐述局部挤压技术解决气孔与结晶缩孔问题的一般流程。首先确定最终凝固的热节为挤压区域，进而通过适当的挤压力确定挤压油缸；其次估算局部挤压体积，进而计算挤压杆行程与直径，最后依据液固共存时间确定局部挤压持续时间。结果表明，合理使用局部挤压技术能有效降低缩孔体积。

Abstract

Based on the theory of local extrusion technology

the casting process of lower cylinder block was analyzed

and the general process of using local extrusion technology to solve the problems of gas hole and crystal shrinkage was expounded. Firstly

the local extrusion position was determined to be the hot spot

and then the extrusion cylinder was determined by the appropriate extrusion pressure. Secondly

the volume of local extrusion was estimated

and the distance and diameter of extrusion rod was calculated. Finally

the delay time and duration of local extrusion was presented by the liquid-solid coexistence time. The results show that the reasonable use of local extrusion technology can effectively reduce the shrinkage volume.
