摘要

研究了搅拌摩擦加工(Friction Stir Processing

FSP)旋转速率对Sc含量为0.25%的7055铝合金(7055-0.25Sc)微观组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明，7055-0.25Sc合金在搅拌摩擦加工过程中，低转速(300 r/min)能有效地抑制基体晶粒以及η相的粗化，而高转速(1 500 r/min)会导致η′相溶解。FSP虽然可提高7055-0.25Sc母材的伸长率，但也会降低其强度。对于FSP试样，FSP-300试样表现出最高的伸长率，而FSP-1500试样表现出最高的强度。

Abstract

The effects of rotation rate on microstructure and mechanical properties of 7055-0.25 Sc Al alloy during friction stir processing（FSP） were investigated. The results indicate that the low rotation rate（300 r/min） can effectively inhibit the coarsening of grains and η phase

while high rotation rate（1 500 r/min） leads to the dissolution of η′ phase. The elongation of 7055-0.25 Sc alloy is enhanced by FSP

which

however

also reduces the strength. For the FSP specimens

the FSP-300 exhibits the highest elongation and the FSP-1500 exhibits the highest strength.
