摘要

为了验证A356铝合金铸件和6082铝合金型材MIG焊接工艺，采用试验方法，为焊接工艺的选取提供试验数据。首先，对焊接件进行拉伸和三点弯曲试验，分析不同工艺下焊接件的力学性能和抗弯性；同时，对拉伸断口形貌进行分析，得出焊接电流与气孔数量的关系曲线；其次，对焊接件进行表面和内部X射线探伤，分析表面裂纹和内部缺陷。最后，通过观察焊接件的熔深，得出焊接电流与熔深的关系曲线。当焊接电流分别为140、150和160 A时，其熔深为0.79、1.47和1.85 mm。

Abstract

In order to verify the MIG welding process of A356 casting and 6082 profiles

experiments were carried out to provide experimental data. Firstly

tensile and three-point bending experiments were conducted to analyze the mechanical properties and bending resistance of welding under different processes. Meanwhile

the relationship between the welding current and welding-microporosity was obtained by tensile fracture analysis. Secondly

external and internal X-ray inspection were adopted to analyze the surface cracks and internal defects. Finally

the relationship between the welding current and the penetration were concluded by observing the penetration

providing quantitative data for the welding process. When the welding currents were 140

150 and 160 A

respectively

the corresponding penetration depths were 0.79

1.47 and 1.85 mm.
