摘要

介绍了航空铝合金铸造型芯的种类、粘结剂及硬化原理，通过对不同型芯材料的力学性能、发气特性、溃散特性及高温尺寸稳定性的对比分析，结合不同结构型芯的性能需求，总结了不同型芯材料的适用范围并给出了应用范例，展望了航空铝合金铸件用型芯技术的发展方向。

Abstract

The types

binder and hardening mechanism of casting cores for aviation aluminum alloy were described. The mechanical properties

gas-evolution behavior

collapse characteristics and dimensional stability at high temperature were analyzed comparatively. Combining with the actual performance requirement of cores with different structure

the applicable scope of the different core materials was summarized

and applications were presented

meanwhile the development direction of core technology for the aviation aluminum alloy castings was prospected.
