摘要

以稀土CeO

和Al-7Si-Mg合金粉末为原料，利用粉末冶金法制备了不同CeO

体积分数的Al-Si复合材料，研究了CeO

含量对Al-7Si-Mg合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明，适量的CeO

添加能显著细化Al-Si合金中的Si相尺寸，并改善Si相分布均匀性；添加CeO

后，Al-Si合金的力学性能均有所提高。当CeO

含量为0.2%时，Al-Si合金中的Si相尺寸最小，分布最均匀，此时合金的力学性能也最好，硬度(HV

0.1

)、抗拉强度、伸长率分别为60.8、141.406 MPa和9.49%。

Abstract

CeO

and Al-7 Si-Mg alloy powders were used as raw materials to prepare Al-Si composites with different volume fractions of CeO

by powder metallurgy method. The effects of CeO

content on the microstructure and properties of Al-7 Si-Mg alloy were investigated. The results show that the addition of appropriate amount of CeO

can significantly refine Si phase and improve the distribution uniformity of Si particles in Al-Si alloy. With the addition of CeO

the hardness and tensile properties of Al-Si alloy are improved. When the content of CeO

is 0.2%

the size of Si phase in Al-Si alloy is the smallest and the distribution uniformity is desirable

where the mechanical properties of Al-Si alloy also reach the peak

which are 60.8 HV
