摘要

压铸耐热镁合金的发展对促进汽车轻量化进程具有重要意义。分析了压铸镁合金的高温强化机制和塑性变形机制，并结合压铸耐热镁合金的特点探讨了提升其强度及塑性的有效方式。总结了压铸耐热镁合金的研究进展，从合金开发、高温性能、微观组织、失效原因等角度进行了分析。此外，结合压铸耐热镁合金对铸造性能和高温性能的要求，讨论了其发展前景。

Abstract

Die-casting heat-resistant magnesium alloys have great potential in weight-saving of automobile. Firstly

strengthening mechanisms and plastic deformation mechanisms of die-casting magnesium alloys at high temperature were described. Combining with the characteristics of die-casting heat-resistant magnesium alloys

effective ways to improve strength and ductility were analyzed. Then

current research progress in die-casting heat-resistant magnesium alloys was summarized from the aspects of alloy composition development

high-temperature performance

microstructure and failure cause. Finally

combining with the demand of casting properties and mechanical behavior

the research directions and perspectives were pointed out.
