Taking continuous casting grid equipment as the research object

through the analysis of heat transfer process of continuous casting grid

and the function of continuous casting process was simplified combining with the actual operation parameters of continuous casting grid equipment on the sheeting. Taking the actual operating parameters of domestic and foreign continuous casting grid equipment as an example

the theoretical speeds that can maintain stable operation of domestic and foreign continuous casting grid equipment were calculated

respectively

which were subsequently compared with the actual speeds. The relative errors between the theoretical speed and the actual speed are 1.8% and 4.3%

respectively

meeting the requirement of the project. Herein

the established function model of the continuous casting grid process has a certain guiding significance for the stable production and automatic control of the continuous casting grid equipment.
