摘要

研究了激光功率和扫描速度对NiTi合金成形品质、显微组织和力学性能的影响

并引入能量密度来确定NiTi合金的SLM最优工艺成形区间。结果表明

随着激光功率和扫描速度增加

试样的微观组织变得均匀。但是

激光功率对相屈服强度影响很大

而扫描速度对位错屈服强度影响很大。最优工艺参数:激光功率为85 W、激光扫描速度为750 mm/s

层厚为25μm

扫描间距为60μm

试样显微组织呈最完整的方形晶粒结构

在准静态试验表现出优异的压缩性能。

Abstract

The influence of laser power and scanning rate on the microstructure and mechanical properties of NiTi alloy was investigated. Energy density was introduced to determine the optimum process forming interval of SLM NiTi alloy. The results indicate that with the increase of laser power and scanning rate

the microstructure of the specimens presents homogeneous. However

the laser power has great influence on the phase yield strength

while scanning rate has great effect on the dislocation yield strength. Finally

the optimal process parameters are determined as follows: laser power of 85 W

scanning rate of 750 mm/s

layer thickness of 25 μm and hatch spacing of 60 μm

where the specimens exhibit typical square grain structure and excellent compression performance in quasi-static test.
