采用XRD、SEM、EDS研究了二次铝灰与氧化钙在不同比例、不同温度下焙烧生成的铝酸钙的物相转变。结果表明
在1 200℃下
主要物相为Ca
12
Al
14
O
33
(C
12
A
7
)
且有少量Ca
12
Al
4
O
7
(CA
2
)生成;在1 400℃下
主要物相为C
12
A
7
且CA
2
消失
并出现了少量Ca
12
Al
2
O
4
(CA);在1 600℃下
主要物相为CA;在1 200℃和1 400℃生成的A
12
CA
7
都是立方晶系
属于稳定性A
12
CA
7
随着温度升高
熟料中C
12
A
7
的晶胞体积增大。氧化钙与二次铝灰质量比分别为0.9、1.0、1.1、1.2时
在1 350℃下
二次铝灰与CaO的质量比在0.9~1.2时
主要物相均为C
12
A
7
并有少量的CA生成
生成的C
12
A
7
都是立方晶系
属于稳定性C
12
A
7
。随着CaO与二次铝灰的质量比的升高
C
12
A
7
含量增加
熟料中C
12
A
7
的晶胞体积先增大后减小
二次铝灰与CaO的质量比为0.9时
CA含量最多
质量比为1.0~1.2时
CA含量少于质量比为0.9时
且在这个阶段内CA含量很少
通过XRD并不能发现其明显的变化。
By means of XRD
SEM and EDS
the phase transformation of calcium aluminate produced by calcination of secondary aluminum ash and calcium oxide at different proportions and different temperatures was investigated. The results indicate that at 1 200 ℃
the main phase is C
12
A
7
with a small amount of CA
2
formed. At 1 400 ℃
the main phase is C
12
A
7
with the absence of CA
2
and a small amount of CA formed. At 1 600 ℃
the main phase is CA. A
12
C
7
generated at 1 200 ℃ and 1 400 ℃ is cubic crystal system and belongs to stable C
12
A
7
. With the increase of temperature
the cell volume of C
12
A
7
in the clinker is increased. When the mass ratio of calcium oxide to secondary alumina ash are 0.9
1.0
1.1 and 1.2
and the mass ratio of secondary alumina ash to calcium oxide is between 0.9 and 1.2 at 1 350 ℃
the main phase is C
12
A
7
with a small amount of CA generated. The generated C
12
A
7
is stable
belonging to the cubic crystal system. With the increase of the mass ratio of calcium oxide to secondary aluminum ash
the content of C
12
A
7
is increased and the cell volume of C
12
A
7
in the clinker is increased firstly and then decreased. When the mass ratio of secondary aluminum ash to calcium oxide is 0.9
CA content reaches the maximum value. The Ca content in the mass ratio range of 1.0~1.2 is less than that of 0.9
which is little in this stage and hardly found by XRD.
