电弧熔丝增材制造技术是一种适用于复杂大型金属构件快速成形的技术

具有设备成本低、材料利用率高和沉积效率高等特点。基于电弧熔丝增材制造的优势

结合金属构件的成形精度、微观组织特征和力学性能等

着重介绍了电弧熔丝增材制造设备、材料和工艺的研究现状。最后

对电弧熔丝增材制造亟需解决的关键技术进行总结

并对其发展方向进行展望。

Wire and arc additive manufacturing（WAAM） is a technology for the rapid forming of large-scale metal components with complex structures

which has the advantages of low equipment cost

high material utilization and high deposition efficiency. On this basis

the current research status of WAAM equipment

materials and processes was highlighted combined with the hot topics of forming accuracy

microstructure characteristics and mechanical properties of metallic components. Finally

the key technologies that need to be solved for WAAM were summarized and the development direction of WAAM was prospected.
