单晶高温合金异形铸件中的雀斑研究
摘要
对复杂形状的异形单晶高温合金铸件中产生的雀斑现象进行了研究。结果表明
由于环状排列的铸件内外两侧凝固条件的差别
造成了雀斑缺陷的不对称分布。从整体上来看
所有的表面雀斑都出现在传热条件较差的铸件内侧
而温度梯度和冷却速率较高的铸件外侧则没有雀斑。从局部来看
所有雀斑都产生在铸件外凸的棱角或弧面
而不是内凹处
其原因在于糊状区液体流动的附壁效应会在外凸部位产生叠加
促进雀斑形成。另外
在铸件内部也发现了雀斑
说明雀斑也会成为单晶高温合金铸件的内部缺陷。
Abstract
The freckle formation in specially shaped castings of a single crystal superalloy was investigated under industrial production condition. The results indicate that freckle defects are asymmetrically distributed due to the asymmetrical solidification condition in the ring-likely arranged castings. On the whole
all freckles appear on the inner side of castings with poor heat transfer conditions
while the outside is free of freckle
where the temperature gradient and cooling rate are significantly lower. Locally
all freckles are preferably generated on the convex corners or cambered surface rather than concave
and the reason is that coanda effect of liquid flow in pasty zone are overlapped on the convex site
promoting the formation of freckles. Moreover
the freckles are also observed on the surface
indicating that freckles can lead to an internal defect of single crystal superalloy castings.
