摘要

随着市政管道工程改、扩建越来越频繁

迫切需要解决管道施工过程中开挖漏水以及需要开孔等问题。对马鞍式管卡几类产品结构设计

采用东久线、静压线以及消失模等铸造工艺试生产

经过试验

在多个地方工程项目应用

产品性能、结构等符合设计要求

解决了管道工程抢修慢、施工效率低的问题

节约施工成本

符合客户的要求。

Abstract

With the more frequently reconstruction and expansion of municipal pipeline engineering

it is urgent to solve the problems of water leakage and opening holes in the process of pipeline construction. The structure of saddle-type pipe clamp products was designed and trial production was carried out by Dongjiu line

static pressure line and lost foam technology. Through type test and the project application

the performance and structure of products all meet the design requirements

solving the problems of slow repair and low construction efficiency

saving construction cost

which also meet the requirements of customers.
