摘要

可降解镁合金作为生物材料具有良好的应用前景

首先综述了可降解镁合金作为生物材料存在的突出问题;其次

介绍了合金化和表面改性两种方法在提高镁合金降解性能和生物活性等方面的应用;随后

介绍了镁合金作为可降解心血管支架和骨修复材料的研究进展;最后

对可降解镁合金的研究进展进行了总结和展望。

Abstract

Biodegradable magnesium alloys have good promising applications as biomaterials. Firstly

the main problems of biodegradable magnesium alloys as biomaterials were reviewed. Then

two methods including alloying and surface modification in improving the degradation resistance and biological activity of magnesium alloys were described. Besides

the recent progress in the magnesium alloys as biodegradable cardiovascular stent and bone repair materials were also introduced. Finally

the future development of biodegradable magnesium alloys was pointed out.
