on surface quality of selective laser melting(SLM) forming GH4169 alloy parts were analyzed. The experimental data was orthogonally analyzed and the surface of formed parts under different process parameters were observed. The results indicate that with the laser power of 320 W
the scanning speed of 1 000 mm/s
the scanning interval of 60 μm
the scanning rotation angle of 67° and the volume energy density in the range of 130~150 J/mm

the cladding channels are smooth
even
straight
and especially well-lapped
and the spheroidization and powders adhesion phenomenon are absent on the surface. Therefore
the surface is flat with the desirable quality and the relatively low Ra value.
