为了获得冲击性能稳定的贮运发射箱端盖,对冲击力的影响因素进行分析研究。采用正交试验设计的方式,分析冲击速度、冲击质量以及模拟弹头圆角半径对端盖冲击力的影响程度。介绍端盖在冲击过程中的开盖形式,冲击结果结合极差分析,比较不同因素水平对端盖冲击力的影响。结果表明,冲击速度是影响冲击力的主要因素,冲击力大小随着冲击速度与冲击质量的增加呈现先增大后减小的变化,随着模拟弹头圆角半径的增大而增大。
In order to obtain stable impact performance of cover of launch container for storage, the influence factors were analyzed. The influence of impact factors such as impact velocity, impact weight and fillet radius of warhead was investigated by orthogonal experiment, and the opening pattern of cover was introduced during impact process. Combined with the deviation analysis, the influence degree of different factors on the impact force of cover was compared. The results indicate that the impact velocity is the main factor affecting impact force of cover. The impact force is decreased with the increase of impact velocity and impact weight, and increased with the increase of fillet radius.
