Aiming at the practical problems that the surface adhesion of the anode steel claw is difficult to measure
the ratio of the volume of the adhered material to the volume of the anode steel jaw was defined as the adhesion index of the anode steel claw
which was then converted to the physical quantities related to the diameter of the adherents by analyzing the mathematical model. In order to explore the limitations of commonly used gray scale threshold segmentation methods
a three-channel threshold segmentation method based on RGB was designed. The comparison of algorithm processing results indicates that the method has a comparative advantage on clear binarization effect. The design of the image acquisition system
the image processing flow and the system software writing flow were provided
and the programming platform was adopted to complete the design of visual processing algorithm. The software verification results reveal that the method can measure the adhesion index of anode steel claws accurately.
