The effects of time

temperature

concentration and liquid-solid ratio on the removal of nitrogen from Al ash were investigated by direct hydrolysis

sodium carbonate hydrolysis and sodium hydroxide hydrolysis. The results indicate that with the increase of temperature

time and liquid-solid ratio

the rate of nitrogen removal by hydrolysis is increased from 0.5% to 36.9% in deionized water. In sodium carbonate solution

the rate of nitrogen removal by hydrolysis of Al ash is increased with the increase of temperature

time

concentration and liquid-solid ratio. Moreover

NaOH promote the hydrolysis process of secondary aluminum ash obviously. The denitrification rule is the same as that of sodium carbonate solution

while the denitrification rate is significantly higher.
