摘要

基于FLOW-3D CAST软件

分别对压铸模在空气冷却、喷涂冷却、水道冷却条件下进行模拟

分析3种冷却方式对模温的影响

并且与实际测量模温对比。最后对比分析FLOW-3D CAST软件采用喷涂工艺模块模拟与传统喷涂模拟结果

发现喷涂冷却能够更准确模拟模具温度。

Abstract

The natural air cooling

spraying cooling and water channel cooling of die casting die were simulated by FLOW-3 D CAST software. The effects of cooling methods on the temperature of die casting die were analyzed

which compared with the actual measurement of mold temperature verification. Finally

the simulation results of FLOW-3 D CAST using spraying process module were compared with traditional spraying simulation. It is concluded that spray cooling can more accurately simulate die casting die temperature.
