The semi-solid die-casting process and die of 5 G wireless router box cover were designed. The semi-solid rheological die-casting filling process was simulated by using the CAE cloud platform. An optimal die-casting process was selected for the production test. The results indicate that numerical simulation carried out by cloud computing can provide a scientific basis for the evaluation and improvement of process scheme
shortening the development cycle of new products. The die casting mould of router box cover was designed and manufactured according to the simulation and optimization process
and qualified die casting parts of router box cover without shrinkage and porosity were produced by using semi-solid die casting process.
