摘要

研究了退火处理对选区激光熔化技术(SLM)制备的TC4钛合金的力学性能及显微组织影响。结果表明

选区激光熔化成形的TC4合金试样主要由针状α′相组成

随着退火温度升高

逐渐分解成α+β相

且由魏氏组织向网篮组织转化

伸长率逐渐增大

屈服强度下降

拉伸断口呈韧性断裂特征。综合比较

800℃×90 min退火处理后合金具有较好的力学性能

抗拉强度为902.43 MPa

伸长率为2.38%。

Abstract

The mechanical properties and microstructure of TC4 titanium alloy prepared by selective laser melting（SLM） after annealing treatment were investigated. The results show that the TC4 sample formed by selective laser melting is mainly composed of acicular α′ phase. With the increase of annealing temperature

α′ is gradually decomposed into α+β phase

and gradually transformed from Widmannstatten structure to basket structure. The elongation is increased gradually with decreases of the yield strength

and the tensile fracture presents ductile fracture. The results show that the alloy present the satisfied mechanical properties with annealing at 800 ℃ for 90 min

with a tensile strength of 902.43 MPa and elongation of 2.38%.
