对喷墨砂型3D打印机的进口耗材和国产耗材进行研究对比
测试分析了原砂的硅含量、微观形貌、粒度分布、含水量、堆积密度、表观密度
检测了树脂及粘结剂的pH值、粘度指标
探究了进口耗材和国产耗材打印时的配比工艺及国产树脂的改性方法。结果表明
国产原砂与进口原砂的性能相近
可以直接代替进口原砂。粘度是树脂的一个重要指标
需要与打印机核心部件打印喷头相匹配
进口树脂的粘度在15 mPa·s左右
国产树脂的粘度在25 mPa·s左右
因此需对国产树脂进行改性处理才可用于打印。通过设计关于原砂种类、树脂种类、树脂配比3个因素的正交试验
制备标准8字块试样并测试抗拉强度、发气量
发现树脂的配比因素对砂型抗拉强度的影响最大
当制备的标准8字块使用加入量为2%国产的呋喃树脂和国产硅砂作为原材料的制备工艺时
砂型的抗拉强度满足使用要求。通过国产树脂进行改性试验
发现10%为最佳的改性剂加入量
此时砂型仍有足够的强度
同时达到改性的目的。
The import and domestic consumables of inkjet sand mold 3 D printer were investigated comparatively. The silica content
microstructure
grain size distribution
moisture content
bulk density
apparent density of raw sand was analyzed. The pH value and viscosity index of the resin and blinder were tested. The proportion process of imported and domestic consumables when printing and the modification method of domestic resin were explored. The results indicate that the domestic sand can directly replace the import one
which has similar performance parameters. As an important index of resin
viscosity need to match with the print nozzle
which is the core component of the printer. The viscosity of imported resin is about 15 mPa·s
while that of domestic resin is about 25 mPa·s. Therefore
domestic resin needs modification before used for printing. Through the design of the orthogonal experiment on the type of raw sand and resin as well as the ratio of resin
the standard eight-character block was prepared and the tensile strength and air output were tested. The results demonstrate that the ratio of resin has the greatest impact on the tensile strength
and when the standard bars use the combination of domestic furan resin x2 with addition of 2% and domestic silicon sand Z1 as raw material
the tensile strength meet the printing requirements. The results of modification experiment on domestic resin indicate that the optimal amount of modifier is 10%
where sand mold still exhibits enough strength
and the modification is achieved meanwhile.
