摘要

ZL205A合金在凝固过程中极易产生热裂缺陷

由于其高温阶段本构模型的缺失

使铸件热裂的预测十分困难。借助ProCAST软件研究了适用于ZL205A合金的线弹性、弹塑性及粘弹塑性本构模型

在此基础上与热裂实际浇注试验进行对比分析

发现粘弹塑性本构模型更适合于ZL205A合金。将该模型应用于大型薄壁筒形件中

结果发现

应力主要集中在法兰与薄壁的交界处

当筋高由19 mm增加至48 mm时

能够有效地改善筒形件的变形情况。

Abstract

The hot cracking occur easily in ZL205 A alloy during solidification process. However

the lack of constitutive model in the high temperature makes it considerably difficult to predict hot cracking. The linear elastic

elasto-plastic and elasto-visco-plastic constitutive models which are suitable for the mushy alloy of ZL205 A was evaluated by the simulation of ProCAST software

which was compared with the actual pouring test of hot crack on this basis. The results indicate that the elasto-visco-plastic constitutive model is more suitable for the mushy alloy of ZL205 A

and the stress is mainly concentrated at the intersection of the flange and the thin-wall of large-sized thin-wall cylindrical component with the constitutive model. The deformation of cylindrical component is effectively improved when the height of tiepiece is increased from 19 mm to 48 mm.
