摘要

实现绿色铸造、提高精铸件品质是当前精铸业发展的必然趋势。我国精铸业传统的水玻璃（或复合）型壳向硅溶型壳转型

面临的最大问题就是成本的提高问题。对生产周期长与脱壳性能差等问题

可在改进的硅溶胶快干工艺方法和降低成本的同时得到改善。

Abstract

The current trend of investment casting development is to realize green casting as well as improving and stabilizing the quality of the casting.The problem that the traditional water glass（or composite）shell substituted to silicon-soluble shell in the investment casting industry is the low price of products and the increase of the manufacturing cost.The long production cycle and poor peeling performance can be solved by the improved silica sol fast drying technology and the cost reduction.
