The wax deformation of titanium alloy casting with arc structure was investigated
and the effects of the wax cooling method
dimensional calibration time and storage time on the wax dimension were analyzed.The results reveal that the cambered surface is warping deformed during cooling
and the deformation of wax cooled in water is more severe than that in air.The wax deformation can be controlled by appropriative wax pattern
and dimension is affected by the calibration time
which becomes stable after deformation for 3 h.The wax pattern is placed freely and continue to deform after calibration.The deformation reaches the maximum value after 1 day
the minimum value after 2 days and the dimension becomes stable after 3 days.
