摘要

针对传统铸造工艺并考虑半固态压铸工艺需求

利用热力学相图计算优化铸造Al-Si-Mg-Fe-Mn合金的成分与热处理工艺

避免了片状β-AlFeSi相的生成

得到了组织和性能较为优良的合金。同时研究了Al-Si合金的原位拉伸变形行为

发现裂纹主要源自Si颗粒和金属间化合物的破裂

随着微裂纹连接扩展并沿着滑移带传播

最终导致试样断裂。

Abstract

Regarding to traditional casting process and the requirements of semi-solid die casting process

phase diagram calculation（CALPHAD）was used to optimize the composition and heat treatment processes of a cast AlSi-Mg-Fe-Mn alloy to avoid the formation of brittleβ-AlFeSi phases

leading to the alloy with optimized microstructure and improved performance consequently.Meanwhile

the in-situ tensile deformation behaviors of the AlSi alloy were investigated.The result indicate that the cracks are mainly originated from the fracture of eutectic Si particles and intermetallic compound particles.Microcracks connect with each other and propagate along the slip band

resulting in eventual fracture of specimens.
