Aiming at the common problems that the production process is difficult to control

the product quality is difficult to quantify

and the product information is difficult to trace during the production process of casting enterprises

a casting product life-cycle management system was designed.In the system

the database indexed by module number unique code was established

which was bound with the data of production to realize the automatic collection of production data based on the data acquisition interface designed by InteliiJ IEDA development platform.The casting monitoring system was built up by configuration and PLC technology

and the real-time monitoring of the whole pouring process was realized through the visual monitoring platform.At present

with the help of the system which was verified in EPC enterprises

the production process with potential quality hazards was optimized and improved

increasing the efficiency of design and production and strengthening the quality management.
