The influence of aging temperature and Cr content on the hardness
conductivity and corrosion resistance of 70% cold-rolled Cu-Ag-xCr alloy was investigated. The results indicate that with the Cu-Ag-xCr alloy aged at 450~500 ℃
the hardness of the alloy is decreased with the increase of the aging temperature
and increased with the increase of the Cr content. The effect of aging temperature and Cr content on the conductivity can be neglected. With the increase of the ageing temperature
the corrosion resistance is decreased
and with the increase of the Cr content
the corrosion rate is decreased and the corrosion resistance is increased. When the Cr content is 0.34%
the comprehensive performance is optimal at 450 ℃ aging for 2 h
