摘要

采用机械合金化+热压制备了不同Nd

摩尔分数的NbCr

/Nb两相合金

研究了Nd

含量对合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明

的添加对合金的物相影响不明显;适量Nd

可有效改善合金的室温塑性、韧性

并提高其室温压缩强度

但当Nd

含量超过0.125%时

合金的室温性能下降

含量为0.125%的合金室温压缩强度和塑性分别为3 193 MPa和13.0%

相较于未添加Nd

的NbCr

22.5

合金提高了15.9%和137.2%。

Abstract

NbCr

/Nb dual-phase alloys with composition of NbCr

22.5

-xNd

with different Nd

contents were prepared by mechanical alloying and hot pressing.The effects of Nd

on microstructures and properties of NbCr

22.5

alloy were investigated.The results show that the effects of Nd

on phase components of NbCr

22.5

alloy can be neglected.The strength

plasticity and toughness of NbCr

22.5

alloy are improved obviously by adding proper amount of Nd

.Compared to the NbCr

22.5

alloy

the room-temperature compressive strength and plastic strain of NbCr

22.5

（Nd

）

0.125

alloy reach up to 3 193MPa and 13%

which is increased by 15.7% and 137.2%

respectively.
