以A356铝合金作为基体
采用机械搅拌的方法在800℃、Ar气保护的条件下
制备了B
4
C/A356铝基复合材料。研究了B
C加入量对A356铝基合材料性能的影响。通过力学性能试验、显微组织检验、摩擦磨损性能测试等方法对材料的性能进行了表征。结果表明
B
C的加入量为6%时
复合材料性能达到最佳
抗拉强度提高了17%
硬度提高了34%
磨损率降低了34%。
C/Al matrix composites were prepare at 800 ℃ by mechanical stirring with Ar protection and A356 aluminum alloys as matrix. The effects of B
C addition on properties of composites were analyzed.The properties were characterized through the mechanical property experiments

friction and wear performance tests. The results indicate that the performance of compositesis reaches the satisfied effect with B
C content of 6%
where the tensile strength and hardness are increased by 17%
34% and wear rate is decreased by 34%.
