并从合金元素、表面改性、热处理等方面介绍提高材料耐Al液腐蚀性能的方法及相关机理。最后
拟结合研究者们已取得的有关技术成果
为开发质优价廉的新型耐Al液腐蚀铁基材料或显著提升现有材料的耐Al液腐蚀性能
提出未来的发展方向。
Abstract
The current application and development status of iron-based materials at home and aboard was summarized
focusing on corrosion resistance of molten aluminum. The approaches and related mechanisms to improve the corrosion resistance of molten aluminum were described from the aspects of alloy elements
surface modifications and thermal treatments.Finally
based on the existing technical achievements of the researchers
it is planned to propose future design
improvement thoughts and key research directions for developing a new type of high-quality and inexpensive iron-based materials resistant to corrosion in molten aluminum or significantly improving the corrosion resistance of existing materials.
