摘要

以热型水平连铸制备的铜银合金为研究对象

对比研究了拉拔变形+热处理的3种组合工艺对合金电导率、力学性能

以及显微组织的影响。结果表明

在固溶和时效热处理之间施加85.9%的拉拔变形量

合金可在试验范围内获得优异的综合性能

电导率为51.91MS/m、显微硬度(HV

0.1

)为169.7、抗拉强度为541.6MPa

伸长率为15.5%。通过在固溶和时效之间施加拉拔变形

合金晶粒得到细化

且沿特定方向排布。同时

拉伸断口形貌以分布均匀的韧窝为主

且断口处较为平整。

Abstract

The effects of drawing deformation and heat treatment on the conductivity

mechanical properties and microstructure of Cu-Ag alloy prepared by hot horizontal continuous casting were investigated contractively.The results show that the alloy can obtain excellent comprehensive properties within the test range by applying 85.9% drawing deformation between solution and aging heat treatment.The electrical conductivity

microhardness

tensile strength and elongation reach 51.91 MS/m

169.7 HV0.1

541.6 MPa and 15.5%

respectively.The alloy grains can be refined and arranged in a specific direction by applying drawing deformation between solid solution and aging treatment.Meanwhile

the tensile fracture morphology is dominated by uniformly distributed dimples

and the fracture surface is relatively flat.
