采用精密铸造生产下管座。结果表明
通过优化的浇注系统
选用热膨胀系数低的进口专用光敏树脂作为蜡模原材料
型壳涂刷严格控制浆料配比及粘度
用碱煮脱芯法对型壳进行清理等工艺改进
成功生产出新型燃料组件下管座。
Abstract
New fuel assembly bottom nozzle was manufactured with austenite duplex stainless steel containing 10% to 30% ferrite.According to the bottom nozzle characteristics and the technical requirements
the investment casting process was adopted.The results show that new fuel assembly bottom nozzle is produced successfully by optimizing the gating system
selecting the imported photopolymer resin with low thermal expansion coefficient as the raw material for the wax model
strictly controlling the slurry ratio and viscosity in casting surface coating stage
cleaning the shell with alkali boiling and core removal
