摘要

采用铝合金代替钢材制造汽车底盘零部件有利于汽车减重

进而减少能耗与排放

这对环境和能源保护具有重要意义。基于国内外的大量研究

对汽车底盘用铸造铝合金的研究进展进行了综述。在相关铸造铝合金研究中

成分变化以Si、Mg、Mn、Zn等元素为主。简要介绍了汽车底盘用铸造铝合金的种类、强化机制、研究背景及压铸工艺

并详细阐述了其成分设计和热处理工艺研究现状

并对未来的研究方向提出建议。

Abstract

It is conducive to reducing the weight of the automobile by using aluminum alloy instead of steel to manufacture automobile chassis components

thereby reducing automobile energy consumption and emissions

which is of great significance to the environment and energy protection.The research progress in cast aluminum alloys for automobile chassis was reviewed based on the investigation of at home and abroad.In the related research of cast aluminum alloys

the composition variation mainly consists of Si

Mn and Zn.The types

strengthening mechanism

research background and die-casting process of cast aluminum alloys for automobile chassis was briefly introduced

and the current status of its component design and heat treatment process research was elaborated in detail

which could provid a reference for subsequent research and development.
