摘要

采用电磁感应熔炼制备了Mg-8Zn-0.5Cu-xMn系列合金

探究了Mn含量对合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明

铸态合金组织主要为α-Mg+MgZn

和MgZnCu相

经过固溶处理后大部分Zn元素被固溶进基体

在晶界处残留少量Mg（Zn

Cu）

相

经双级时效处理后第二相分布更为致密。随着Mn含量提高

合金晶粒尺寸明显细化。随着Mn含量增加至1%

合金中Mn元素团聚成富Mn颗粒。时效态的Mg-8Zn-0.5Cu-0.5Mn合金表现出良好的综合性能

其屈服强度、抗拉强度和伸长率分别为130MPa、228MPa和6.8%。

Abstract

Mg-8Zn-0.5Cu-xMn series alloys with different Mn content were prepared by electromagnetic induction smelting

and the effects of Mn on the microstructure and properties of the alloys were investigated.The results reveal that the as-cast alloy structure is mainly composed ofα-Mg+MgZn

and MgZnCu phases.After the solid solution treatment

most of Zn elements are dissolved into the matrix and a small amount of Mg（Zn

Cu）

phase remains at the grain boundary.After the two-stage aging treatment

the distribution of the second phase is more compact.With the increase of Mn content

the grain size of the alloy is obviously refined.When Mn content is increased to 1%

Mn elements in the alloy is agglomerated into Mn-enrichment particles.The as-aged Mg-8Zn-0.5Cu-0.5Mn alloy presents the satisifed comprehensive performance

and its yield strength

tensile strength and elongation reach up to 130 MPa

228 MPa and 6.8%

respectively.
