C对Cu-14Fe合金微观组织的影响
摘要
采用真空感应电炉熔炼制备了Cu-14Fe合金铸锭
利用X射线衍射仪、场发射透射电镜及能谱分析仪
研究了C对Cu-14Fe合金微观组织的影响。结果表明
C的加入使得Cu-14Fe合金中富Fe相呈球状
且较为均匀地分布于Cu基体中。富Fe相是以α-Fe形式存在
且富Fe相中分布着大量纳米尺度的Cu颗粒。此外
C还可促进富Fe相析出
降低Fe在基体中的固溶度。
Abstract
Cu-14Fe alloys ingots with different carbon content were prepared by vacuum induction furnace
and the effects of different carbon content on the microstructure of Cu-14Fe alloys was investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD)
field emission transmission electron microscopy(FE-TEM)and energy spectrum.The results show that the spherical rich-Fe phase in Cu-14Fe is distributed more uniform in copper matrix with carbon addition.The rich-Fe phase exists in form ofα-Fe
and amounts of nano-Cu particles are distributed in the rich-Fe phase.Moreover
carbon element can promote the precipitation of Fe to decrease the solubility of Fe in the copper matrix.
