where the main component of w(Mg)/w(Si)is approximately 1.1
and Cu content is controlled within 0.05%~0.10%.The continuous casting and rolling was adopted to produce the aluminum alloy rod with φ9.5 mm
which was used as a raw material for processing monofilament to improve the conductivity of monofilaments after naturally aging to T4 state.The results show that the aluminum alloy rod can be drawn to produce φ2.92 mm monofilament by 200 ℃×6 haging treatment
which possesses a higher conductivity(conductivity of batch trial production sample ≥32.3 MS/m).Meanwhile
the tensile strength of the monofilament meets the requirement(≥325 MPa).
