两种合金之间没有明显界面
其结合属于冶金结合。基于扫描电镜对复层铸锭的界面分析
发现Cu侧和AlCoCrFeNi
2.1
侧溶质元素间发生了相互扩散
形成厚度约为0.67μm的扩散层。
Abstract

HEAs ingot was prepared by continuous casting.The interface of cladding layer of the Cu/AlCoCrFeNi

HEAs ingot was investigated by metalloscope
SEM and mechanical performance testing.The results indicate that the interface of cladding Cu/AlCoCrFeNi
2.1
ingot is clean with gas holes and slag free.The absence of interface between the two alloys can be observed
belonging to the metallurgical bonding.The SEM results reveal that the interdiffusion of alloy elements occurs between Cu and HEAs and the diffusion layer is 0.67μm.
