低压铸造铝合金轮毂宏观偏析机理研究
摘要
以低压铸造A356铝合金轮毂毛坯为研究对象
利用X射线荧光光谱对轮毂不同区域Si含量进行分析
借助扫描电镜和金相显微镜研究宏观偏析产生的机理。结果显示
轮毂中Si含量自上而下逐渐降低;试样表层Si含量明显高于次表层部位
且在热节处含量最高。分析表明
该宏观偏析受重力、压力和温度3方面因素共同影响。
Abstract
The Si content in different regions of the low-pressure die-casting A356 aluminum alloy wheel was analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectrum
and the mechanism of macro segregation was investigated by means of scanning electron microscope and metallographic microscope.The results reveal that the content of Si in the wheel is decreased gradually from top to bottom
and the content of Si in the surface layer of the sample is significantly higher than that in the center
especially in the hot spot.The macro-segregation is related with the co-action of the gravity
